Brand Seller Agreement
Version: 1.0
Effective Date: July 12, 2026
Last Updated: July 12, 2026
This Brand Seller Agreement summarises the obligations of brands that apply to sell on MakeMeMine. Detailed commercial schedules, commission rates, and market scope are confirmed in the brand portal agreement record at onboarding.
1. Eligibility and verification
Brands must provide accurate legal identity, contact, and business information. MakeMeMine may request additional verification, withhold commercial access, or decline an application where information is incomplete, misleading, or presents elevated risk.
Commercial features (catalogue publishing, promotions, Brand World, and payouts where available) require an active agreement status and an approved brand account.
2. Listings, inventory, and fulfilment
Brands are responsible for accurate product descriptions, pricing, sizing, imagery, inventory availability, shipping estimates, and order fulfilment. Brands must not list counterfeit, prohibited, or unlawfully marketed goods.
- Keep inventory and SKUs synchronised with available stock
- Ship within stated windows or update customers promptly
- Honour applicable returns and refund rules for eligible items
- Provide tracking or shipment confirmation where available
3. Intellectual property and content
Brands warrant they own or are licensed to use all listing content, trademarks, and imagery submitted to MakeMeMine. Brands authorise MakeMeMine to display that content for marketplace operation, discovery, and promotion.
Infringement notices may be submitted under the Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy. Repeated or serious IP violations may result in suspension or termination.
4. Legal and safety compliance
Brands must comply with applicable consumer, product-safety, labelling, advertising, privacy, tax, and export laws in markets they serve. Brands must cooperate with MakeMeMine on legitimate safety, fraud, privacy, or regulatory inquiries.
5. Fees, commission, and payouts
Commission rates, fee schedules, and payout timing are set in the brand agreement record and portal disclosures. MakeMeMine may place payout holds where fraud, chargebacks, disputes, or compliance investigations require review.
6. Suspension, reinstatement, and closure
MakeMeMine may suspend commercial access for policy breaches, safety risks, repeated customer harm, non-payment of fees where applicable, or failure to maintain an active agreement. Brands may request review. Reinstatement is discretionary and may require corrective action.
Either party may terminate the commercial relationship subject to outstanding orders, chargebacks, and retention obligations required by law or legitimate business need.
