At MakeMeMine, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. Because we operate a curated marketplace featuring intimate apparel from independent brand partners, our returns process balances customer satisfaction with hygiene, product integrity, and participating-brand requirements.

This Returns Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Unless otherwise stated, a product may be eligible for return if:

  • The request is submitted within the applicable return window.
  • The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Original tags remain attached.
  • Original packaging is included where reasonably possible.
  • The item is free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, body oils, pet hair, stains, or damage.
  • Hygiene seals remain intact and unbroken.
  • The item remains suitable for resale.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

2. Return Window

Unless the product listing or checkout states otherwise, eligible return requests must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Brand-specific terms may apply where clearly disclosed before purchase. Requests outside the applicable period may be declined except where law requires otherwise.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, the following are generally not returnable once delivered unless damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise protected by law:

  • Panties and briefs
  • Thongs
  • Bodysuits worn without protective liners
  • Adhesive lingerie products
  • Opened nipple covers
  • Worn hosiery
  • Personal-care products
  • Gift cards
  • Clearly identified final-sale or clearance items

Product pages may specify additional lawful exclusions.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with a manufacturing defect, contact Customer Support promptly.

We may reasonably request photographs, order information, packaging images, or other evidence. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund in accordance with law and the Refund Policy.

5. How to Request a Return

  1. Use your MakeMeMine account where available, or contact Customer Support.
  2. Submit the request within the applicable period.
  3. Wait for authorization and instructions.
  4. Package the item securely.
  5. Send it using the provided instructions.

Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

6. Return Shipping

Unless law requires otherwise, customers are generally responsible for return shipping when returning an eligible item because of change of mind, sizing, or preference.

Where the return results from an incorrect shipment, verified defect, or error attributable to MakeMeMine or a participating brand, reasonable return-shipping costs may be covered or reimbursed.

7. Inspection

Returned products may be inspected before a refund, exchange, or store credit is approved.

If an item does not meet eligibility requirements, the return may be declined and the item may be returned to the customer, subject to applicable law.

8. Exchanges

Exchange availability depends on inventory, participating-brand policies, and destination. Where an exchange is unavailable, an eligible refund or store credit may be offered.

9. Marketplace Products

Returns may be processed directly by a participating brand or coordinated by MakeMeMine depending on the product, brand, and fulfilment model. Customers will receive appropriate instructions after review.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where mandatory law provides greater rights, those rights prevail.
