Returns are accepted within the period stated at checkout (or as updated on this page). Items must be unworn, with tags and hygiene liners intact.

For intimate wear we follow strict hygiene standards. Some items cannot be returned once packaging is opened. Details are shown on the product page where applicable.

Exchanges for size or style may be available. Contact support to start an exchange; we will guide you through the process.

Refunds are processed after we receive and approve the return. Timing depends on your payment method; you will be notified when the refund is issued.

We handle return labels and communication with care. Return packaging does not reference product names where our process allows.
