Your body already knows. This is just the language.

Understanding fit changes how everything feels.

Care guide

Washing, storage, lifespan, and when to replace—in the MMM voice.

Washing

Hand wash in cool water with a gentle detergent made for delicates. Avoid fabric softener—it can coat fibres and reduce elasticity. Rinse well and squeeze (don’t wring) before laying flat to dry. If you machine wash, use a mesh bag and a delicate cycle; cold water only.

Storage

Store bras with cups nested or flat so they keep their shape. Avoid crushing under heavy items. Knickers can be folded or stacked; keep them in a drawer or bag that breathes so moisture doesn’t sit.

Lifespan

With good care, bras and knickers can last well. Elastic and fabric fatigue over time; rotation (not wearing the same piece every day) helps. Replace when fit or comfort is compromised—not on a fixed schedule.

Replace when

Bras: Band fails on the tightest hook; underwire damage or poke; elastic recovery loss (band or straps no longer snap back). When support or comfort is gone, it’s time.

Knickers: Elastic recovery loss; fabric thinning that affects comfort or opacity. Replace when pilling affects comfort, not just appearance.
