Your body already knows. This is just the language.

Understanding fit changes how everything feels.

Understand the body you have

Not a sizing guide. Not a medical guide. A calm, respectful exploration of how bodies vary — and how lingerie is designed for different anatomy.

Troubleshooting

Something doesn't feel right?

If… then… — practical fit experiences, not body labels.

If your band rides up

Try a smaller band or check you're on the loosest hooks when new. A band that fits snugly under the bust should stay level.

If cups overflow at the top

Go up a cup size or try a style with more coverage. Spillage usually means the cup is too small or too shallow for your shape.

If straps dig

Widen or loosen the straps; some styles have padded or convertible straps. If the band is doing its job, straps shouldn't carry the weight.

Adjusting fit — strap and band work together.
Adjust for comfort

If the bra shifts when you move

A snugger band or a style with more grip (e.g. power mesh, higher elastane) can help. Check the band is parallel and not riding up.

Stable band — band should stay parallel.
